​What is the ​The Slabb?

​Th​e Slabb is a unique brand of alcohol infused chocolate. Each bar is created with the finest chocolate, "fully loaded" with alcoholic ganache and complimentary toppings.​ ​Slabb was born out of a love of interesting food combinations. Why not combine alcohol with chocolate?​ ​After a lot of experimenting we perfected a way of making our chocolate alcoholic without seizing the chocolate or using other additions such as cream or butter.​

​Taking inspiration from our favourite cocktails we started creating delicious flavours such as our classic espresso martini bar made with dark chocolate, coffee liqueur and coffee beans topped with a white chocolate drizzle.​ ​It's not all alcoholic chocolate however, we have also created delicious non alcoholic fully loaded Slabb bars, in flavours such as unicorn and a classic salted caramel.

​Our chocolate Slabbs make the perfect food gift, or stocking filler for that foodie in your life.​ ​We are always looking to create new flavours and would love to hear your thoughts.

Subscription

Can I gift a subscription box to a friend?

​Yes, simply enter their delivery details in checkout​

I've missed the deadline for this months box; can I still receive this months box?​

Unfortunately, when the cut off is missed, we cut off subscriptions. However, there is a good chance that anything left will find it's way to our Facebook group where you can pick up some real bargains. Why not follow us?​

What payment methods do you accept?

My card was declined?

​Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account and that all information is entered correctly. We use software that checks a number of parameters to ensure you are who you say you are, we're good like that, so if you do have any problems, get in touch. We can work with you to ensure you get your goodies.

How do I prevent my subscription from auto renewing?

​Simply login to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to cancel​

My subscription auto renewed and I didn't want it to?

​Get in touch, if we've not yet shipped. We can refund. You can cancel, simply login to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to cancel​

Can I have more than one subscription on my account?

​Yes, you can have as many as you want, going to as many people as you want​.

I entered my information incorrectly, can I change it?

​Simply login to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option​s there to update your billing and address information, cancel items or add items.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Do your subscriptions automatically renew?

​If you've signed up for an auto-renewing subscription for yes. Information on when this is renewed and how frequently can be found in your account.

I've cancelled my subscription but I want to re-activate it. How?

How much does shipping cost per subscription box?

​Shipping is included in subscription boxes

When will I receive my subscription box?

​Boxes are shipped at the start of the month, so expect your box to arrive with you in the first week of the month.

Can I cancel my subscription box after it has been shipped?

​Of course, ​​​simply login to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to ​reactivate. You will have already been billed before the box is shipped. This will stop any further boxes arriving

Something is damaged in my box, what do I do?

​ We're sorry that something has been damaged in transit.​ Please get in touch, we will sort a replacement straight away. ​

There's something missing from my box, what do I do?

My box never arrived, what now?

Y​ou will have a shipping notification to let you know your order has been dispatched. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, either Large letter or small parcel, depending on weight. This typically takes 2-5 days, but please do allow for 10. There are sometimes delays with Royal Mail. If you have no received your parcel after this time, we do ask that you check with neighbours to ensure they've not been delivered there​, but do get in touch after that and we will be happy to help.

Can I return my box once received?

​We unfortunately cannot accept returns on food items, unless there is an issue with the product as delivered. If this is the case, get in touch.​
