What is the ’The Slabb’?
Slabb is a unique brand of chocolate. Each hand-crafted bar is made with the finest chocolate and ‘fully loaded’ with delicious and creative toppings.
We are best known for our alcoholic chocolate bars. After a lot of experimenting we perfected a way of making our chocolate alcoholic without seizing the chocolate or using other additions such as cream or butter.
Taking inspiration from our favourite cocktails, we started creating delicious flavours such as our classic Espresso Martini bar made with dark chocolate and coffee liqueur, then topped with coffee beans and a white chocolate drizzle.
It's not all alcoholic chocolate however, we have also created a huge range of delicious non-boozy Slabb bars, with a variety of exciting toppings.
Our most recent (and most popular!) invention is the Stuffed Slabb - a chunky bar of milk chocolate crammed with tasty fillings, such as Biscoff spread, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Cream and the classic Salted Caramel

Can I gift a subscription box to a friend?
Yes, simply enter their delivery details at the checkout. There will be a space for you to write a gift note for the recipient if you like, and no payment or pricing information will be printed on their packing slip. In their initial delivery, they will receive a little card with their Slabb bar, welcoming them to our subscription club.
You can also download a PDF ‘Slabb subscription gift certificate’ to print at home and give to them in advance :)
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?
Yes, you can have as many as you want, going to as many different addresses as you want.
When do you dispatch your monthly subscription boxes?
Subscription bars will be shipped in the third week of each month, typically around the 17th.
If you place an order for a new subscription after this cut off date, then you won’t receive your first delivery until the following month.
I've just missed the deadline for this month, is there any way I can I still receive it?
Unfortunately, once all of our monthly subscription boxes have been dispatched, that’s the cut off for the month. However, sometimes we end up making a handful of extra subscription bars (if we have ingredients leftover), which you can find on our ‘Seconds/Sale’ page: https://www.theslabb.co.uk/collections/seconds
Do your subscriptions automatically renew?
If you've signed up for an auto-renewing subscription then yes. Information on when this is renewed and how frequently can be found in your account.
How do I prevent my subscription from auto-renewing?
Simply log in to your account on our website or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to cancel. Normally, when you sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months, your subscription will just expire after your final delivery has been made.
How do I cancel a monthly rolling subscription?
If you selected this option when you originally placed your order, you will be charged once a month until you decide to cancel. To cancel, simply log in to your account on our website or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to cancel.

I cancelled my subscription but now I want to re-activate it, how can I do this?
Simply log in to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an option to ’reactivate’. Please note, you may need to update your billing or delivery information.
How much does shipping cost per subscription box?
Shipping is included in subscription boxes pricing, so if you have a rolling monthly subscription for example, the £6.95 includes 1x Slabb bar and postage.
What payment methods do you accept?

My card was declined, please help!
Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account and that all information is entered correctly. We use software that checks a number of parameters to ensure you are who you say you are, so if you do have any problems, get in touch. We can work with you to ensure you get your goodies.
I entered my information incorrectly, can I change it?
Simply login to your account on our site or through your initial welcome email and there will be an options there to update your billing and address information, cancel items or add items.
How much does shipping cost?
UK Shipping is £2.95 for RM48 and £3.95 for RM24. If you spend over £30 on chocolate then delivery is free. You also have the option to select DPD 1-2 day service at the checkout for a quicker and fully-tracked delivery.
An item has arrived damaged/broken, what do I do?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo if possible, we will sort a replacement or refund straight away.
There's something missing from my box, what do I do?
We're sorry that something has been missed. Please get in touch via email and we will send the missing item to you straight away.
My box never arrived, what now?
You will have a shipping notification from us to let you know your order has been dispatched. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, either as a large letter or small parcel, depending on weight. This typically takes 2-5 working days, but please do allow for 10 as there are sometimes delays with Royal Mail.
There will be a tracking number on your email notification, but this will only tell you when the item has been delivered (or attempted to be delivered), or if it has been returned to a sorting office.
If you have not received your parcel after this time, we do ask that you check for a red card from Royal Mail and also check with neighbours to ensure that your order has not accidentally been delivered there, but do get in touch after that and we will be happy to help.
Can I return my box once received?
We unfortunately cannot accept returns on food items, unless there is an issue with the product. If this is the case, please get in touch.
